Patrick Cronin
Technical Consultant + Audio Engineer
Patrick is a sound designer, musician and creative producer with a background in festivals, installations and touring productions and has worked on creative projects with multiple companies including Melbourne Festival, Arts Centre Melbourne and the Spaghetti Western Orchestra. He has worked collaboratively in composition and sound design on diverse theatrical productions and in his own right has created the work Sonica Botanica for Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria; The Red Arcade and River Whispers audio installations for Wyndham City Council; Eco Opera; and Cajon Soundscape with Zimbabwean/Australia musician Tawanda Gadzikwa.

Carolyn Patamisi
Project Manager + Producer
Carolyn has vast experience in project and operations management across the humanitarian and cultural sectors, including with Homeward Bound, Red Cross, Commonwealth Games and Papua New Guinea Pacific Games. She thrives on projects that are complex and unique, teeming with wonderful diverse humans and is currently part of the team presenting a series of concerts featuring Pasific Island and Indigenous artists at major Australian venues. This collaboration with Bread & Roses has been undertaken as the capstone project for her Master of International Development studies at RMIT.

Narelle Sullivan

Narelle is the Director of Bread + Roses, and is dedicated to supporting women and girls to step into their power. She has 20+ years experience spanning general management, business development and operations for social justice and gender equality organisations including Homeward Bound, a global initiative for female scientists set against the backdrop of Antarctica; gender equality and prevention of violence campaigns for Women’s Health in the North (Victoria); and most recently as Social Enterprise Lead for Whittlesea Community Connections. She holds an EMBA (with distinction) from RMIT University.

Manasi Wagh

Manasi is a passionate educator and advocate, with over 13 years’ experience working with various multicultural population groups across both education and non-profit sectors. She has years of experience working in health education, family violence prevention and financial capability sectors. She has designed an award winning program 'Let's Talk Money'. Manasi holds a Masters in Counselling from Monash University. She also is a founder of FinCap Connect, a consultancy firm designing financial capability programs.
